Sleep and the Natural Order

Often nature rests,
recharging to gain power
and capacity.

The prey will exist
whether hunted or ignored.
The lion can wait.

Sleep rejuvenates,
the natural order states,
except for MS.

I often feel that if I COULD sleep, I would feel better. I sleep very little, at night or during the day.

I feel badly for those people who cannot find sleep. This is not a problem for me. But that scary lion could easily gobble me up since I'm so slow moving.
Peace,
Muff

Karen, we are in the same place. My ass drags closer to the ground every day and it's not because I'm getting older.

Muff, you are so lucky that this particular MS offering has passed you by.
