they have figured it all out,
and perhaps they have.
A big mystery,
the human experience,

HI JUDY - figured it all out? Nah, not me, that's for sure. I so agree with you about treating others well and that kindness really, really matters. One thing I have figured out is that I would rather be wrong than right because being right has its own set of consequences. This is a multi layered topic and certainly unique in its understanding.
I am getting ready to go to our home we moved from, to do some final cleaning and so forth so itis rady for the closing around June 1st. Such a bittersweet event.
Also, my first Mother's day without my Mom is heart wrenching. I miss her terribly. Happy Mother's Day to you.

Those who claim to have it all figured out, are usually the least knowledgeable of life's experiences.
The service idea seems to be the real answer. If we're thinking about others, we have less time or opportunity to dwell solely on us.

Judy, I only know that at my age,(72) I still have so much to learn, and that in reality, I know nothing.The only truth I have is that we are born alone and truly die alone.....no one can make those journeys with us.
In between those times, we must choose how we love.

Gail, I don’t have it figured out either. Indeed, when I was younger and thought I knew it all is when I was most ignorant. I have learned since that generosity and compassion are what really matter.

Hilda, in contrast to my know-it-all younger self, I am wiser because I know that I don’t know it all. Indeed, it was one of your compatriots, Socrates, who said, “The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.”
