I Am Better but …

I fell once again.
The resulting concussion
sent me to ER.

Injury addressed,
I grasp how vulnerable
I am to more loss.

I negotiate
reality and hope’s link
fraught with much tension.

Oh gosh Judy, so sorry to hear of your fall. It's a daily worry for me after my fall, and hip injury last March. Since my fall, my granddaughter has told me that I am no longer allowed to go outside by myself. I tried to reassure her that lots of people fall, not just those with MS. But, who am I kidding, we (with MS) are so much more vulnerable.

We are like china dolls. I am sorry you had to go to Er and got hurt. This MonSter never sleeps. Best wishes. Neuro healing like after concussion takes lots of rest.

Judy, I'm so sorry to hear that! I've taken many falls, but so far, none has required medical intervention! Please take care, and feel better! This life we live IS so fraught with stress.
Peace,
Muff

Oh Judy, I am so sorry you were hurt and had to go to the ER. I SO understand as I have been, as well. Not as of late but it is still fresh in my mind.

I hope you feel better Judy and that you haven't lost too much 'ground'. Sending healing thoughts and love and prayers.

Karen, Mary, Muff, Gail, and Sherry, thanks for your good wishes. I am still in recovery, as this concussion has upset my already fragile state of affairs. I have to limit my time at the computer because of dizziness. Not where I wanted to be, that's for sure, but I'll keep resting and hopefully that will do the trick.
